10% free withdrawals
Each year during the surrender charge period, the client may withdraw up to the contract’s free withdrawal amount without surrender charges or MVA. Use “available 30 days from issue” only where confirmed for the case/state by Nassau materials or sales desk.
NH & terminal illness waivers
Surrender charges may be waived if the owner is confined to a hospital or nursing home for at least 90 consecutive days, or diagnosed with a qualifying terminal illness, subject to state availability and conditions.
